DeVeau's very own men's gymnast Chris Stephenson qualified at the Junior Olympic National Championships in Long Beach, California, to compete in the junior elite division at the Visa National Championships in St. Paul, Minnesota. 

Chris finished 12th on rings and parallel bars and was 16th in all around after the two days of competition.  This represents a new milestone for Chad Ford and the men's gymnastics team as they prepare for even more success in the 2011-2012 season.
